It has been the honor of my life to serve as Constable for Dallas County Precinct 1, where I’ve spent over two decades protecting and uplifting the community I call home.

As we head toward the Democratic Primary in March 2026, I’m proud to officially announce my campaign for re-election — and I’m inviting you to be part of this next chapter.

I’ve built my life around service, law enforcement, and the people of Dallas County. From my early days as a peace officer to being elected as the first African-American woman Constable in Precinct 1, I’ve led with action and accountability.

From executing mental health warrants with care and dignity to building lasting relationships with our Justices of the Peace and local pastors, I believe this role is about more than enforcement — it’s about uplifting and protecting our communities.

Precinct 1 is the busiest Constable precinct in Dallas County, and that workload has never slowed my commitment. I serve all neighborhoods — from seniors to youth, from our faith centers to our civic spaces — with fairness and heart, I strive to be a bridge between safety and community trust.
